The "Internal Diameter Appearance Inspection Device" has realized the rationalization and labor-saving of visual inspection of the workpiece's inner surface, significantly improving product quality through high-precision inspection. Using the KIRIN-made gyroscope scan, high-precision internal surface inspections are conducted. Depending on the conditions, detection of a minimum diameter of approximately 0.1mm is possible, and judgment criteria can be set for each specific area.
